In the past there have been very few -- like 1 or 2 -- orders through an actual shopping site for me...it just wasn't worth the cost.  Thus, I prefer to do any client interactions directly, either live or vial email, since things like body shape play a part in sizing, and that can't be determined without talking to someone directly.
